Shaun Benn Projects cc was established and commenced business from 01 October 2011. Our Aim was to offer turnkey solutions to the Commercial and Industrial sector, but at the same time not turning away the domestic clients. The Idea was for a person to make one call and no matter what the problem is we would sort it out and follow it through to the end. We never realized what a demand there was for this, and the business grew well. This took place with minimal advertising and mainly by word of mouth. Timothy Benn acquired his Diploma in Building Sciences, and then went on to getting a degree in Quantity Surveying. Since then,he has gained many years experience in the building/construction industry. Timothy is now part of the Shaun Benn Projects team and has brought the construction and building maintenance department in. We can now say that we are a full turnkey contractor.
